SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sparkle Sisters Shop! We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below for all the details on how we process and ship your orders.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Sparkle Sisters Shop currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
2. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using the following carriers depending on package size, weight, destination, and availability:
Sparkle Sisters Shop reserves the right to select the carrier and service level for each shipment at our discretion. Carrier selection may vary by order and is not guaranteed. If you have a carrier preference, you may note it at checkout, but we cannot guarantee a specific carrier will be used.
3. SHIPPING SPEEDS & COSTS
Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): Standard shipping is our only currently available shipping method. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50.00 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied) qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the subtotal of eligible items in your order.
Shipping Fees: Orders below $50.00 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volume times, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-order items are shipped once inventory is received and processed at our facility. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are provided at the time of purchase and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together when the pre-order item is available, or shipped in multiple packages at our discretion. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays to the email address provided at checkout.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Sparkle Sisters Shop is not responsible for tracking information that is delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to carrier system issues. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipment confirmation, please contact us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sparkle Sisters Shop is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
If you are experiencing a significant delay, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. You are also welcome to reach out to us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist.
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Sparkle Sisters Shop is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or undelivered by the customer. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
We will cooperate in good faith to assist with carrier claims but are not obligated to replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Sparkle Sisters Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or handed off to a carrier.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
10. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) immediately upon receipt and contact us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos in your message.
We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Failure to report damage within 7 days of delivery may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
