REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sparkle Sisters Shop! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 30-day window. Requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns may not be processed.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
By completing a purchase of any mystery, surprise, or final sale item, you acknowledge and agree that no return, refund, or exchange will be issued based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with contents, or change of mind.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Sparkle Sisters Shop does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Sparkle Sisters Shop is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Risk of loss for returned items remains with the customer until the item is received and confirmed by us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.
5. RESTOCKING FEE
Sparkle Sisters Shop does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. Provided all return eligibility conditions in Section 2 are met, no restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for inspection and processing.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Sparkle Sisters Shop is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
If your return is rejected because it does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will notify you and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Store Credit: At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any future purchase.
7. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if verified, will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
Sparkle Sisters Shop reserves the right to request the return of a defective or damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for verified defective items will be reimbursed.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the eligible item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order for the desired product.
9. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before the order has been shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
In the event that Sparkle Sisters Shop cancels a pre-order due to inventory unavailability or other circumstances, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage you to contact us at sparklesistersshop@yahoo.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and card networks.
